We prioritize vendors with standout products, amazing service, and a setup that enhances the overall experience. Trendyfood concepts, eye-catching displays, and vendors who can handle volume during peak hours are especially encouraged.
What We’re Looking For
The Yard at Perry runs Wednesday through Sunday over a 12-week summer season. Vendors may apply for full-season participation or select dates based on availability. Booth fees vary depending on vendor type and space requirements. We ask all vendors to commit to operating hours, arrive on time, and contribute to the welcoming, community-driven atmosphere that defines The Yard.
Schedule, Fees & Expectations
All vendors at The Yard at Perry operate out of our provided structures. Retail vendors will be set up inside shipping container-style chalets, giving each business a built-in, secure, and visually consistent storefront. To maintain the overall layout and flow of the market, outside tents and food trucks are not permitted within The Yard. Food vendors will be placed in Yard Structures.
