We're so excited to welcome you to The Yard at Perry!

Thank you for being part of helping us create one of Buffalo's favorite summer destinations!
We'll continue promoting The Yard throughout the week and featuring vendors across our social media channels through photos, videos, reels, and event coverage. We encourage all vendors to tag The Yard in your posts and stories so we can share your content with our audience as well. The more we all promote together, the more people we can bring through the gates!

Vendor Arrival & Setup
Vendors may begin arriving and setting up anytime after 3:00 PM Wed- Sat and 2:00 PM on Sunday.
Please enter through the parking lot entrance off Scott Street and check in with the parking attendant upon arrival.
Load-In Procedure
To help keep setup safe and organized, vendors are not permitted to drive into The Yard for unloading.
All vendors must unload their inventory, displays, and equipment from the parking lot and transport items into the event space by hand, wagon, dolly, cart, or other means.
We strongly recommend bringing a wagon, dolly, cart, or an extra set of hands to assist with load-in and load-out.
Parking
After unloading, please park in the designated vendor parking areas.
Multi-Day Vendors
If you'll be joining us for multiple days, please remember to bring a lock so you can secure your chalet overnight.
Power & Lighting
Each chalet includes basic lighting.
There is no additional power available, so please plan accordingly.
Event Hours
We ask that all vendors remain open for the full duration of the event.
Please do not begin packing up before 11:00 PM and 9:00 PM on Sunday
A full, vibrant market creates the best experience for guests and helps all vendors succeed.
Vendor Placements
Vendor chalet selection is first-come, first-served
We ask that vendors begin filling chalets closest to the front entrance and work their way back through the market.
Please leave the chalets nearest the stage open until other available spaces have been filled.
Looking Ahead
Thank you for continuing to believe in this vision and helping us grow The Yard at Perry. Building something special takes time, consistency, and a strong community, and we're grateful to have all of you along for the journey.
We can't wait to see everyone this week and continue making The Yard bigger and better together!
See y'all at The Yard!
