This booking is for a 10x16 chalet-style food vendor space, operating Wednesday through Sunday, 5PM–11PM—perfect for food trucks, chefs, pop-up kitchens, bakers, and culinary creators ready to serve up something unforgettable in a high-energy evening atmosphere.

Vendor Space Includes:

▫️ Spacious 10x16 chalet-style setup designed for food service▫️ Operating schedule: Wednesday–Sunday | 5PM–11PM▫️ Strong evening foot traffic with hungry, engaged guests▫️ Family-friendly environment with live entertainment, events, and nightlife energy▫️ Placement in one of downtown Buffalo’s most exciting seasonal food destinations

Booking & Payment Details:

▫️ This booking requires a non-refundable reservation fee, which is applied toward each weekly booking fee▫️ Vendors will be invoiced weekly for participation in the market

▫️ Payment is due the Monday prior to each operating week to secure your spot- The weekly fee is $300 and $100 will be deducted from each week
